Terms of use.

Effective August 31, 2026

These terms govern your use of WorkDisplay.com and the WorkDisplay interest list.

1. Agreement to these terms

WorkDisplay.com (the “Site”) is operated by Open Workspace, LLC. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

2. WorkDisplay is a concept

WorkDisplay is a reference desktop display concept. The Site does not announce a shipping product, finalized specifications, pricing, a release date, or guaranteed future availability. Images, diagrams, descriptions, and other concept materials may change and should not be treated as a product offer or technical specification.

3. Interest list

Joining the WorkDisplay interest list allows us to send concept updates and future availability news. It is not a purchase, preorder, reservation, deposit, or binding commitment by you or us. You may unsubscribe from interest-list email at any time.

4. Acceptable use

You may use the Site for lawful, personal, and informational purposes. You may not interfere with the Site, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, scrape or overload the Site in a manner that disrupts service, or use Site content in violation of applicable law or another person’s rights.

5. Intellectual property

The Site and its content—including the WorkDisplay name, visual identity, product concepts, images, diagrams, copy, and software—are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by intellectual-property laws. These terms do not grant you ownership or a license to use our marks, designs, or content except for ordinary access to the Site.

6. Other websites

The Site may link to other websites, including OpenWorkspace.com. Linked sites may have separate content, terms, and privacy practices. Your use of those sites is governed by their own terms and policies.

7. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle information associated with the Site and interest list.

8. Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or complete, or that concept information will become part of a commercial product.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Open Workspace, LLC, TAPcentric, Inc., and their affiliates, officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Site. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limitations, so portions of this section may not apply to you.

10. Governing law

These terms and your use of the Site are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

11. Changes

We may update the Site or these terms from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page identifies the current version. Your continued use of the Site after an update means you accept the revised terms.
