WorkDisplay.com

Privacy policy.

Effective September 1, 2026

This policy explains what information WorkDisplay.com collects, why it is used, and the choices available to you.

1. Scope and operator

Open Workspace, LLC operates WorkDisplay.com (the “Site”). This policy applies to the Site, the WorkDisplay interest list, and messages you send us about WorkDisplay.

2. Information we collect

We collect information you choose to provide, such as your email address when you join the interest list or contact us.

When you submit the interest-list form, we also receive limited technical and attribution information, which may include your operating-system category, screen resolution, referring page, and campaign parameters in the page URL. If you allow analytics, Google Analytics also processes usage information such as pages viewed, interaction events, approximate location, device and browser characteristics, and referral source. Our hosting and security providers may process standard request information such as IP address, browser type, timestamps, and requested resources.

3. How we use information

  • To maintain the WorkDisplay interest list and send requested concept or availability updates.
  • To operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the Site.
  • To understand general interest in WorkDisplay and the sources of interest-list signups.
  • To respond to questions and comply with legal obligations.

Joining the interest list is not a purchase, preorder, reservation, or guarantee of future availability.

4. Cookies and browser storage

We use necessary browser storage to remember the privacy choice you make in the cookie banner. Google Analytics is optional and is not loaded unless you choose “Allow analytics.” We do not use advertising cookies or enable Google advertising signals.

Choosing “Necessary only” keeps analytics off. You can change your choice at any time with the “Cookie settings” link in the footer or clear the preference through your browser settings.

5. How information is shared

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with service providers that host the Site, operate the interest-list service, deliver email, provide consented analytics, or support security and administration. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights and safety, or as part of a corporate transaction.

6. Retention and security

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above, including maintaining the interest list, meeting legal obligations, and resolving disputes. We use reasonable safeguards, but no internet transmission or storage method is completely secure.

7. Your choices and rights

You may unsubscribe from marketing messages using the link in an email or contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of your information. Depending on where you live, additional privacy rights may apply. We may need to verify your request before acting on it.

8. Children

The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

9. International use

Information may be processed in the United States and other countries where our service providers operate. Those locations may have different data-protection laws than your home jurisdiction.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the Site or our practices change. The effective date at the top of this page identifies the current version.
